IDEAERP

The module extends the capabilities of IDEAerp with the management of the company’s fleet of vehicles. Thanks to it, it is possible to collect all data and related documents in one place. From a central point – the vehicle list, the user can:

see full register of the company’s fleet
view the general data of the selected vehicle
see its photos
see the services and inspections performed, as well as plan new ones
view related contracts
read the odometer or cost reports
The system itself will send notifications to selected employees when new recurring costs arise or when the deadline for the service or contract is approaching. Thanks to a series of reports in the form of pivot tables and charts, it is easy to assess the costs incurred, for example by individual vehicles or in the adopted time range.
